Will probably be scrapped after the contest, as this isn't really art.But anyways- I've had these lying around for ages (I think I originally drew them to show my English teacher what the characters were supposed to look like after he started reading it), and I wasn't originally going to post them. However, as there's going to be a contest, I figured I'd throw this out here if it would help anyone.

They are. XD They're some of the adult characters from that show, only alot younger. TBotE is a fanfic of mine.

If I had to choose a favorite, I'd say either Chase or Dashi. Guan and Wuya look good too!

Anyways, I finally found some time to read your story on FF.net. Once I'm finished with the story, I'll review so don't worry (I'm such a slow reader... it's not even funny! T_T ) I need a day or two to finish multiple chapter stories... eh...
I was trying to imagine Wuya with pigtails and couldn't do it... but drawing her like you do, it's much easier to imagine (especially since I just borrow YOUR imagination by looking at the pictures...) Chase looks cute, though where are his vivid amber eyes? To me, they're practically his trademark. Dashi's grin really suits him, although we've only seen him in three episodes, so it's kinda hard to judge... (and dojo's so cute around his neck! squee!)
Guan is... Guan... *doesn't like Guan very much* but even so you draw him well.

Yee, I always thought Chase's eyes were gold, and that's what the gold pencil tends to scan in looking like. *shrug*

Aah, well, I might just join that contest!... I recently tried my hand at drawing Dashi (not in any context of your fics, but I still slightly blame you for giving me the PreXS obsession...) and it was a pic I'm happy with... or maybe I'll just submit it and NOT put it in that contest, since it doesn't look anything like the Dashi up THERE *points to the picture above* For one, he's a lot older, and two, he's wearing his trademark hat-thingy from the ep, "Days Past". (Because I can't draw bald people...
And Gold's a good eye color too... Chase's eyes seemed more Amber-ish to me. (actually at first, I couldn't remember what color his eyes were, so somehow I got the idea that they were blue... We-ird.) And I guess that 'Golden Eyes' does sound more poetic...

I considered entering the other contest you were thinking about, because I find that far better than this one. Mainly because I dislike drawing these characters, plus it's fanart.
But, come on. I've seen contests like, "draw your character doing blah and OH YEAH draw one of mine with it". That's logical.
But these, "draw for this doing whatever" is just a cheap way to get giftart.
Seriously. There's not even a theme. Dx

Some people seemed interested, that's all. The idea was actually suggested to me by someone else in the first place.
Besides, I am going to do the other one once I get the rest of the pictures finished- I'd rather see the OC contest too. But it'd be kind of impossible to ask people to draw characters I've never uploaded before. So I figured I'd put up this one while I finish those and see what happens.
