Description
Albacross fly alongside wind currents when traveling the ocean, leading sailors to believe they can control the weather. in spite of this being a coincidence, ships that attack Albacross tend to be struck by random, violent storms. water/flyingRelated content

Perhaps it's a distant cousin of Lugia!
Is Lugia even technically a bird?
I like the way you designed the wings.

you should give him moves that are related to controlling the weather, like weather ball, rain dance, twister, thunder and stuff.
i hate how some combos like this are super dead with the tiniest spark, sense he can control the weather maybe make him immune to weather moves like electric, water, and air moves.
i also hate how every poke'mon has the same moves, we need a ton more signature moves that only that poke'mon can learn. like guillotine and crab hammer (before corphish got it).
ever thought of putting these in a fan game? honestly i hate seeing awesome fake'mon and no way to play a game with them. if you need a way to start a fan game check out [link] for rpg maker and [link] for the side scrolling game development kit (why not have a mario or megaman like poke'mon game? turn based has been done to death).

yeah, i should give it an effect that weakens the 4x weakness to electricity. doesn't really make much sense for a type combo so perfect for a storm pokemon to be weak to lightning.
i do have a forum, but i don't have any experience with rpgs, so i never managed to do anything with it. and then it sort of died.

well rpg maker at crankeye.com is super easy, you need no programming experience to make a great game. just add in sprites, make levels with built in tile sets write dialogue ect ect. i suggest checking it out. if they had a monster battling game maker as easy as rpg maker, i'd never get any work done making my own (more realistic and mature) battle monster game.

plus you can legally sell and produce copies of your game when done, even if you use premade sprites and tilesets. the cult hit game Yume Nikki (from which i draw lots of inspiration) was made with rpg maker 2003
