So i read that Dr. Whooves is the local time keeper, so i wanted to draw him.. and then Flash came in yelling "hey why not make it an actual clock!!??

i used Flash CC and actionscript 3, but i'm sure there are some lesser versions of flash that are compatible with actionscript 2, you can look it up if you want ^^
