Neige from MegaMan Zero 4She's one of my favorite characters from the game. I really like her design, and she's fun to draw.
She really needs more fanart 'cus there are only 67 drawings of her here on DA. From the official RMZ art there's only one drawing from her.
So maybe I'm going to draw her more from now on.
