I like this. It's proof that cute doesn't have to be cutesy (not that there's anything wrong with cutesy) and static poses don't have to result in static drawings. I can't put my finger on it, but I'm guessing it boils down to the dynamic camera angles and the impeccable sense of balance. The charming character probably isn't hurting, either.
The only thing I have to offer by way of constructive criticism is that, in the two standing poses, the character's waist is awfully narrow. It's not a huge issue, since we are talking about a cartoon character and realistic anatomy and proportion don't necessarily apply. It's not even something I noticed on first look. But it is a bit extreme for my tastes; the cross-legged, seated pose just feels so much more natural to me.
Great work, overall. I feel like my day is brighter for having seen these.
