I dont want to toot my own horn, but hell, thats one heck of an excellent drawing. Havent had inspiration like that in ages.
PS: It is NOT from Startrek! Thats what Linear Burn does to dark blue pants.

Adorable. I love the style, it's cool. Nice detailing, quiet shading and coloring adds emphasis on the foreground. Nice and spiffy.

Yeah I know, I had some drawings on the other side of the paper too, and my scanner is so superpowerfull(Not really) that it scans the other side a bit too.. I was a bit bummed about it, but whatever, eh.

A wonderfully composed piece to begin with. There are two main areas of colour, both becoming the centre of the image, with the rest being subtle greys to make the entire picture look both gloomy and hopeful. The simple yet detailed rocks and stones at the front are very nice. The patchy colouring sets it off all the better, too.
The tree looks slightly alien with the hanging parts and the background and birds look earthly, so it does have that peculiar but interesting feel of a mixture of themes. It's clearly imbued with themes and inspiration, as the artist says so himself. It's definately a piece worthy of note for its very well placed strokes and lines. It's so controlled and neat but sketchy and rough at the same time. Well done!
