Usually the first and Second days of my period hurt the most.The first day I just sat on my computer all day because I didn't feel like moving.
...But uh... yeah. Apparently my PMS feels like Mexicans bullfighting in my belly....

It's the EXACT same thing for me, only I can't take Ibprofen on mine, it makes you bleed heavier. But I'm like

I usually don't take medicine because I'm afraid my body will eventually rely on it and that's not a good thing. I just wrap an electric blanket around my lower body area to calm it down.
