Enhanced Strength: Biowulf has incredible strength, but mainly uses it for the purpose of mobility, leaving the main focus of his offensive strength to be his sonic howl.

Enhanced Agility: Biowulf is able to move, run, climb, and leap at incredible speeds and is able to dodge incoming projectiles with incredible precision.

Heightened Senses: Due to his canine-like physiology, Biowulf is able to sense and track things at a heightened level when compared to Ben's human form. Accompanied with night vision, Biowulf is able to detect any enemies close to him using his strong senses, especially at night.

Sharp Claws: At the ends of his hands, Biowulf has long, sharp claws that he can use for shredding and combat. With these claws, he is especially effective against mechanical or robotic enemies, being able to rip through wiring and metal with ease.

Sonic Howl: Biowulf is able to split open his mouth and generate a massive ultrasonic blast. He can use this offensively as an attack or as a means of transport, being able to launch himself like a rocket using it.

Night Vision: Biowulf's eyes grant him the ability to see clearly at night and in dark places, giving him an edge against many stealthy opponents who may lurk in the shadows.

Full Moon: When in the presence of a full moon, Biowulf's abilities become extremely heightened and stronger. Ben does not know about this, however, as he chooses to never turn into Biowulf during a full moon.
