Sorry for the year late reply 
My statergy is that I stay next to the random wepons box for as long as I can, with my back to the closed door. Between rounds I get perks and activate the two side teleports leaving only the far back teleoport to do.
and then when I can't stay there any longer (maybe around round 15-17) then I open the door, and activate the teleporter.
I packapunch everything and then I stay by the box, and when it gets crazy run back into the teleporter (zapping as many zombies as I can) and run back to do it all over again!
