a vector that i've been wanting to do for a while, i actually started it before i started taking requests and decided to do finish a day or two ago. i'll get back to requests again now.svg can be found here -> [link]

How'd you make those gradients on her feathers? Is it just a partially transparent overlay?

yep, clipped to the feather fill, with another more opaque one clipped to the feather path.
