and as she breathed,she could hear dawn rise
into the end of her soul
meeting in desparation
words could not express
the emotional deprivation
of their neglected lives' regress
departing would seem to be the answer
yet their solution eluded them faster
than how he could see it in her eyes
as she rolled them back each night and cried
if distance is a matter of measure
why does it create a void
ten thousand fold of that it is
becoming a whole of a trap
he expects the unexpected
wanting the unwanted
expecting to be unwanted
so he wants the unexpected
love him

this is so beautiful and deep... its amazing, i love the flow of the poem and i love the emotion behind it, it relaly touches the reader... such a deeper, sullen, emotional emotion (lol) i love the way this cam out!

oh, oh... *wide eyes* this is beautiful and painful. Hopeful and despairing... its lovely how you wrap the opposing emotions into one poem creating the image of beautiful brokeness....
