My friend, Johnkatforever69 . I made her IRL self look like a chibi!I got her permission before doing this. I would not have done this without her consent, since this is supposed to be her IRL and I do NOT want her to think this is too personal to give away.
I DO NOT TAKE REQUEST. THIS WAS MADE FOR FUN.

There are two places you can make them that I know of, but the best place is on deviantART because there's more options. I have it favorited in my favorites somewhere, in a folder called "Chibi Maker Whatsit". You'll have to search hard to find it, though, I have TONS of folders. XD You go through the choices and make your chibi, and you can decide if you want to use every option, it's not mandatory. When you're done, click the "Save" button, and save the file! Then just upload the file where you submit art, and BOOM! Chibi!
Also, for a background, there's a background button. You can decide the background and color!
