Yes, I did another Flygon. This one's got a Fedora though.
This Flygon is actually another character from "Post Game", my recent "idea". Yes, his name is Flygon, but he was traded. |: He replaced Soul Train, but I do still use her, oh the dear Altaria. C:

The clean lines, the lovely textures, that background, that pose...the colours! Your style is shining through as well. This is a pleasant shock for me. You've improved tremendously.
I wanna ask..how did you make the textures and checkered background? I use Paint tool as well, but I had no idea you could do that.

And, the textures? I had to play around with the folder I keep SAI in. In the folder that says "papertex", you're supposed to add a grayscale texture; and then after that, you have to edit the file "papertex.conf" to add the texture. Once done, in SAI; you click Texture in the left side of the screen, hope that helped.
