I am not a digital artist but I do draw and have done digital pieces from time to time. I am also from Project Comment and would like to add to what FimcgGaming was saying. (They get first credit though as this is their genre not mine)
I agree and I think this piece could benefit from the inclusion of shadows for contrast especially with the glowing tears I would expect to find darkness opposite the light. A perfect example would be on her cloak near her neck and behind her hair. I will steal (once again) a piece that inspired my own work...because I am not nearly as talented, to provide an example of lighting and contrast. Notice how the light spills out and around her arms. Even with light skin and hair the shadows are dark. You can do this by keeping the hue the same but altering the brightness and the saturation. That way your colors remain the same but are simply at different levels. Now I want to be clear this is not supposed to be a comparison between your piece and theirs, it is a good piece to study for lighting.
I am unsure what program you are using but if it is Photoshop then I would also suggest using a brush with a much softer edge. In fact I would say go to for maximum softness as light likes to spill everywhere.
My last bit of advice would be to take your time. There is no judgment here, I do not know how long you work on your pieces or how long it takes you to put a new one out, this is just from my personal experience. The longer I take on a piece and the more I have focused on the details, done research and used references, the better my art has been. Now that doesn't mean that if you take ages you will become Van Gogh, but my art has always been better when I took longer than I needed to.
