OMG!! This is a amazing piece of work!
The impact is just so so incredible!!!
The coloring is awesome! The light swirling around her body is awesome! The detail is amazing as well!!!
I really love how you drew the girl her dress is incredibly detailed and so is the rest of her!
Her hair is flowing in such a perfect way!
The way she is angled it is just so perfect!!
So thats my critique. (I do not think I did a great job with my first critique so please tell me what you think)

Not saying that this is a bad drawing, because the artist is most likely still learning. She did a nice job, but there are a few things that she could work on. The anatomy of the body, for one. The coloring technique used for the background as well (I don't know if she wanted it to look that way, or not) If she used circular motions when coloring, it gives a softer more blended effect. 
But again, she did a good job with the over all drawing, and I'm not trying to be mean, but there are just little things that could make it even better, you know?
