Well, like English, it is one of the most difficult languages to learn. But I like Japanese and I hope to continue to take it through the rest of my high school years

Sounds awesome it'll be really useful to know another language, and Japanese, whoa, but I bet you're great at it. I'm trying to learn Spanish but doing horribly
I really liked Latin and did pretty good in that, but I dropped it cuz of its non-existance XD

It probably won't be that useful to know Japanese unless you're in Japan, it being the only country that speaks the language. But it's fun! Plus, when I drew this I was only a first-year Japanese student and I had gotten both the words from a dictionary. But I'm proud to say that my Japanese (and my drawing) skills have definitely improved!
And I bet you're gonna do great in Spanish if not now then in the future. Since Spanish came from Latin, I'm guessing it won't be too hard for long. Plus, unlike Japanese and English, Spanish is one of the easier languages to learn. It might seem hard now, but I wouldn't be surprised if you ended up being really good at it!

Okay. Does Japanese use an alphabet, or does it have characters as words? It seems really cool and challenging. If you're doing it cuz you think it's fun, that's extremely awesome ^^ You must be smart. Hm, guess so, a lot of the verb endings are really similar, and some words, but it has a lot more exceptions than Latin does. Okay, well, thank you! I hope so.

Japanese has 3 alphabets. Hiragana, katakana, and kanji. Though (at least to me) kanji seems more like characters as words. And thanks! lol I try. i wish the best for you and your language learning lol
