I used Paint Tool SAI, I believe it be one of the best when it comes to creating lineart!

Yeah, Ratchet would be nice, but I want to learn more about Soundwave.. he's so mysterious.. I've heard rumours about how he and Megs stick together because Soundwave was the only one who almost beat him in a gladiator fight. (They were both gladiators in the pits)
