I think Valor totally created a surrogate version of Jason with her illusions. Which is both sad and eerie considering it's solely based on her memories of said person, and is really a hollow shell of the individual. She cannot reform or recreate a person's soul or aura into her illusions.
I also like to imagine she'd use this as a way to cope and remain strong??? not the greatest idea??
But I can also see her using it as a pretty terrible way of expressing her anger, like a taunting people who've hurt her on the team or to prove a point. Something like
"This is what happens when we aren't careful. Or we don't look out for each other. We could die."
Oh?? Jaylor is angsty?? YEAH IT STILL IS.

I miss my gal I literally say this whenever I draw an OC I haven't thought about for a while.
Missing Jaylor hours?? Oh yeah, buddy.
also on my previous Valor piece thank you everyone for commenting,,, I should've replied but now im embarrassed because that was in December im AWFUL.
