Okay so I thought I'd have a shot at trying to do relatively decent paintings instead of my usual scribblely stuff and this was the result. Please let me know what you think and feel free to give me some pointers!
I wanted to take a break from ponies so that's why you have homestuck stuff instead.
Uhm, I would really appreciate some feedback on the eyes as I found doing them to be the most challenging. I think I drew them to big which makes him look a bit bug eyed and I'm not sure if they fit with the rest of the painting? So yeah, please give some input~

Lol I'm no expert by any means, so take it how you will. I think you might do well to have brought the (his) right eye in a little bit. The reason it seems to look bugeyed seems to be because his eyes are done in front facing proportions while the actual drawing is in 3/4 view.
Besides that, this looks awesome! Oh, and... homestuck!!! XD

Thank you very much for the feedback and I think you might be right~ On looking back at the picture I definitely agree that his eyes are a bit too far apart and I see what you mean about contradicting view points. Thanks again and I'll be sure to take it all on board!
