This is a sculpture of the Anguirus design that was originally going to be used in the 2001 Godzilla film. Anguirus, along with Varan, got cut from the film and replaced with King Ghidorah and Mothra.Related content

It's so strange coming back to the scrapped GMK project with the new knowledge of Anguirus being a golden ice monster and Varan being white... But this is still a fantastic sculpt of the old idea.
