She's not nailed down to a timeframe, since I haven't quite decided what to do with her outside of designing her.

With your new "modern" look for her I think this version should be her "Bronze" Age look.

Well, the body stocking style costume with bell bottoms is a striking look. Both Phantom Girl and Dazzler wore the look in white to good effect (from a visual design standpoint). In recent years both have abandoned the look, but I still like it. So I guess this is my ode to the design sensibilities of Dave Cockrum (Phantom Girl) and John Romita Jr. (Dazzler).
Kinetic shows considerably less skin than either of those characters, but yeah, her costume is inspired by them.
