Necron 99 or Peace is a character featured in Carl Backshee’s 1970s animated classic Wizards. He was one of evil Sorcerer Blackwolfs assassin’s and was tasked with eliminating those who would oppose Blackwolfs plans. I saw a trailer for probably the dvd release of this movie and saw a review on YouTube by Branden Tendold about this movie.Related content
