XD Kidding, but good thing. Fever might've been from lack of sleep you've been having... right? Because my friend with the fever had to watch an annoying little cousin of hers for a few days, and she just feels exhausted... Can you get fevers from exhaustion because your body needs time to heal itself up?

well exhaustion is one of many ways to weaken your resistance, so sort of. Β Fevers are your body heating up because heat kills germs. so if your resitence gets tired out then germs get in and then your body heats up to kill them.
...maybe that's how the ninjas figure out somethings wrong with miyuki. hod in so much grief exhausts her and she so get a fever.
