Together ain’t no way we gon’ fail
You know I got your back, just like a turtle shell
Last night doodles inspired by the snow scene and when the turtles used their shells as bullet proof shields to protect Vern and April.
I like to imagine that whenever Mikey or Donnie or whoever asks Raph about April he will always snap back ‘I don’t care ‘bout her’. But when the danger comes, he will always be there to protect and save her first.
Forgive my sloppy anatomy, it’s late again.

This reminds me of Raph's tone when they're falling off the building and he catches April. He says sweetly,"I got you." It makes me wanna fangirl X3 I don't ship them but still It gives me those feels

....Every time you draw something new, I think it's the greatest and can't be topped. Then you go and prove me wrong. I now like to be wrong. This is my new favorite! Despite his aggressive and often contrary behavior, his first instinct is to protect those that he cares about. And that's what he'll always be to me, the protector. Seems that April has developed the instinct to run to Raph first when she's in danger too. LOVE IT!
