Today I decided to give drawing a male a try… it was truly a challenge!

I have never drawn males nor the male body properly before…

I realised I should really study both female and male anatomy in great detail. I also learnt that I need to practise drawing more masculine features, as I feel his face (probably mainly because of the lips) is rather feminine… though he does look handsome. 😎 On a positive note, the nose was less difficult to draw today!

As you may have noticed in the video, I tried out different hairstyles and couldn’t decide which one to go for. I learnt that I should also practise drawing male haircuts more, it’s a real weakness of mine haha.
