BECAUSE I CAN PUT OCS WITH SONIC FCS TOGETHER THAT'S WHY

I loved drawing this kid xD There's just something about his hairstyle that makes him likeable, so I'd thought I'd go the extra length by doing a background of sorts and have him interact with one of my characters. Because I just couldn't see him without another character in the same scene. :Y

Doing the background was fun. xD I remember being taught that "leaving a white space is bad", but we sorta need it to make the characters pop out from the background. So screw the rules!
