The age difference between Honey and Chiyo varies a bit because while in Ouran High School Host Club Honey's age (17) remains more or less the same, Azumanga Daioh spans an entire three years of (Japanese) high school and because of that, Chiyo ages as the series goes on.
The actual age difference depends on how old Chiyo is when she's paired with honey. She starts the series at 10 years old, turns 11 during her first year, 12 during her second year, and, if she has a birthday episode that year, 13 during her third (and final) year. Going by that, the age difference between Chiyo and Honey is 7, 6, 5, or (possibly) 4 years.
So, depending on which point in Azumanga Daioh you take Chiyo from, there may not be that much of an age difference between her and Honey at all.

I cannot believe how absolutely cute this is...Hunny with his cute face an smile and how he has his shoulders all hunched up with sorta embarassment at how chyo likes his bun bun- and how miss sakaki is blushing- and how mori is- well mori...and the shadeing awww...and i love how you can see lil chyos belly a bit...the positions are amazing- i swear if you had the body reference books you would just put us all to shame :hands head with a happy tear:
