Качаться на качелях полезно даже взрослым. Покачивания мягко массируют внутренние органы и улучшают кровообращение внутренностей. Правда при езде по неровным дорогам требуха тоже энергично встряхивается, но нет плавности, поэтому польза сомнительна, внутренности от этого наоборот могут быть напряженными.
