She's a user playing as a bunny in the virtual world Tabby inhabits. Wants to roleplay with others but is usually too shy, and instead lurks and listens to conversations, waiting for the right moment to take part. She considers herself friends with Laika, another roleplayer. Sure, they've only interacted twice, but in Ibi's books, that's pretty good! (i wrote this on the spot so the shy thing probably doesn't match the drawing much whoops)

I originally drew this gal just as a cute design I liked, but I figured afterward she'd fit in pretty well into Tabby's story as one of the player characters or something. So that's where she goesss
