Oh wow this took me a lot longer then it should of. @_________________@;I don't know what to say, but i was pleased with the background itself. Because come on, you never seen me work this hard on one. ( or create one lol)

i was so mad when they killed cliffjumper, it was so sad! i just wish that cliff was still on the show, and what got me more mad was it was only the first episode. oh sorry! i kinda ramble some times it runs in family, but i love the drawing you must work hard on your drawings and i respct that

great picture. very sweet. I like Arcee pose. Very thoughtful, a bit relaxed, I like it very much. I need to hold back a tear, for the rock, I miss him.

I like a lot about this pic--the colors of the sunset, how they play with Cliffjumper and make Arcee's contrast stand out; how the lighting placement highlights her face but also adds a great backdrop shading to the rest of her. Your drawings are spot on as well and both look great here.
My beef lays with the composition though--namely Arcee's pose. While I think Cliff looks great (as does the background) Arcee's pose is rather static, if not a big awkward. Each of her limbs almost exactly mirror each other and while this might look cool if it were in the geometric stained glass sort of composition, this takes away from what looks like a snapshot kind of moment. It just doesn't look like a believable pose for her. It feels awkward--like Miko was trying out her camera and has giving Arcee directions on how to pose.
I would suggest a different pose, or at least toying with the limbs more. Even tilting a shoulder so one was higher than the other or turning her toward Cliffjumper so both faced the same direction would have helped it along, I think.

Now looking more closely at the pic, i can see where Arcee does look a bit out of place. When i look even closer i see her palms seem to mini levitate. 8I. I need to research more fluid poses. I'll do some alternative pose sketch's on your suggestions. I hadn't been to happy with her for some reason. (She was a pain to color.)

I can imagine the color differences would have proved challenging here. LOL
I'd definitely play with it--even if you don't redo this one, it'll be something to keep in mind in other drawings.
