Him and Takeo works for WWW (World Three: a NetCrime organization created by Dr. Wily to breed terror and chaos throughout society via the net)their mission is to retrieved the Tetra code located in Yoka's zoo network(wich would allow them to gain access to the SciLab network and claim the Alpha (Proto) network program, which had gone haywire years prior, causing devices connected to it to malfunction)
Takeo transfer BeastMan in the zoo's mother computer to infect it with animalistic viruses but also to hacks the zoo's system causing the animal cages to unlock and the animals to go insane trapping and attacking people

BeastMan is a violent and aggresif NetNavi who is sour ,grumpy and has a genuine hatred towards humans and humanoid NetNavis.That is honestly his most defining trait.he has an extreme hatred towards humans and human like beings,such as human like Navis(wich is ironic since he is human like ),whom he considers arrogant and argumentative. the only things he doesn’t hate are animals,viruses,animal like NetNavi and his operator. Beastman is, as expected, a wild animal during battle. He show loyalty to Inukai who together are old friends, he alway listen to his orders and enjoying ripping into his opponents quickly and painfully. He’s sees it as a way to give both humanity and their Navi servants the punishment he thinks they deserve.BeastMan.EXE is a predator, who creeps up on his foe at the right moment to catch them off-guard.With his animal-like appearance and ability to roar loudly, he likes to trick opponents into thinking he's a mere virus, so that they'll come up unprepared. Despite his appearance, though, BeastMan is actually very intelligent

Beast Ray: BeastMan rushes at the player in a diagonal direction.
Jumping Claw: BeastMan leaps into the air, and descends on the player, attacking in a Widesword-esque fashion.
Wild Rush: BeastMan separates his claws and head and attacks the player, his claws first diagonally and then his head at forward at MegaMan.
Back Slash: BeastMan warps behind the player and slashes at him with a wide slash.
Sonic Claw: while using his jumping claw and back Slash BeastMan can lauch slash shape sonic wave to his opponents
Savage rolling:when jumping with enought speed, BeastMan can rapidly roll into a spiky ball-like shape to cruch and cut his foe
