Using the dA watermark is not such a great idea with a small resolution image like this. Also, be careful oil pastels (it looks like), colored pencils, water color, etc of letting the image become muddy. I'm not saying to only use light colors, but to keep in mind to have some lighter areas where there is some contrast. It gives the viewer a focal point to draw their attention to.

Yeah, this was the smallest image... I think I am gonna just go ahead and remove the watermark, actually
