Description
Whee! The first of my photos from last years summer class. Its really sad how much information was lost in the scan. The whole second chair (the one in the dark) had a lot more detail and really popped. This is my favorite picture over the entire course of my class. I was so proud of it and, it really started as nothing. I love it. The detail on the print is beautiful and I love the random lighting from outside. I'd love to redo this shot. Now there's a painting of my grandmother hanging over those chairs.
Oh and about the conceptual bit, there is an idea here. But even I can't put my finger on it.

ps. Whats this, a watermark? Yep, sorry guys. I hate it but I'm paranoid. I'll update this with a homemade water mark when I can but for now, this'll do.

I actually like what the printer did to it. It feels retro and is given a bit more of a sullen feel. Its a dark photo and the empty seats just make me want to sit two people down and make the photo less lonely which is a good thing, photos that make people think are grand.

Wow. Again I'm impressed. I thought it was good, but not that good. Still, the original had so much more detail that might have accentuated the idea that two people shoud be sitting there.

Thanks. Its my favorite. The real version is so much better. There's a lot more detail.
