Β She looks like she could be a predecessor of the Peregrine class (which is in turn is supposed to be the distant predecessor of my Sparrow class. Or Swallow class. Not everything is set in stone for that design).

Interesting design. Sort of evokes the Romulan BoP and the Akira/NX-01. A refreshing departure from the other ships of the TOS era. Model looks good - I like the subtlety of that spec map. The outboard deflectors are an interesting feature.

it was the simple U shape and outboard deflectors that attracted me to it in the first place. Its a bit of everything in one package, and I thought the deflectors a nice solution to getting the classic TOS system on a small, flat ship without doing crap like hanging it off the bottom on a spike like some designs do. It's not a satellie dish, there's supposed to be a lot of machinery and power behind those things.
