YEY, it's done finally! Managed to squeeze in some time while I was waiting for more Neozoic pages to colour.This is Odoroki Housuke/Apollo Justice and Kirihito Garyuu/Kristoph Gavin from the Gyakuten Saiban series.
As you can tell from the previous WIP I posted up earlier on, I ended up making this a full body shot. I envy Kazuya Nuri's ability to draw legs. The man makes them look so easy.
Was sort of trying to go for the magazine cover graphic design look in the background, but given my lack of expertise I was stuck making it minimalistic.
Now that I'm done painting this, I'm slightly less cranky than I was a couple days ago. Whooo~

legs are not that difficult...the feet...I never get them in the frame. I always end up drawing everything except the feet

Ahhhhhhh what a fantastic painting, great detail, I love their faces. Looking at the walkthrough picture was amazing, I love seeing how a painting comes together. So nice to see some really fantastic PW/GS fanart!

no prob, I think the background is very similar to the background that you see in several magazine ads.

The only crit I can give you is... the legs. D: Remember that when you go in a fetal position, your knees can touch the armpit. Since Odoroki's way shorter than the other guy (wow, forgot his name.), then his legs wouldn't be at par with the other guys' legs.

I wasn't sure how high Odoroki was against Kirihito. I had them both measured at 7.5 head-lengths long, but maybe I put Odoroki's calves up too high or something so it looked like it matched the ones on Kirihito. One of the Capcom wallpapers had their GS4 characters lined up, and Odoroki [minus the antenaae] was up to Kirihito's chin.
It's like you look at your work for a long time and you just can't get your head out of it.
