In a Puffy Ami Yumi cartoon episode "Truth or Dare" Ami was dared to drink a giant glass of soda and then she got so bloated afterwards.[link]
I just thought it would be fun to draw that scene with a slightly different approach.
And I thought I add some bubbles inside her body to make her look soda retained

I like the idea of showing the bubbles inside her. It makes for an original texture for this kind work, rather than just stretched clothing.

I don't know why, but the episode reminds me of something I would see off of Ren and Stimpy.
