Mickey Mouse was a bit tricky to draw, but I've narrowed it down to this.The clothes he's wearing is from the 1941 cartoon "The Little Whirlwind".
There's one gag in the cartoon where the little tornado stuff Mickey's pants with so many leafs making him bulgy and shakes them out making him do like an Scotish Dance with the music of bagpipes to match the joke

Ooh, that looks rather good. That cartoon in particular is, what I call, a "proper" Mickey cartoon when he isn't so cutsy all the time.
