Candice seems to have a weight advantage so she may be able to exert more force. The other one seems to have more muscle mass in her arms and since she looks lighter, she may be able to dodge more easily.
I'd pull for candice simply because of her tenacity when she's locked her head on something. Look at her dealings with Phineas and Ferb, if she wasn't determined she'd would've given up trying to bust them years ago.
I like how this turned out, looks like a fight and a parade I'd love to see.
