Here's the entire sequence of Gloria's circus uniform getting filled with water

TINY GLORIA
Here, we see Gloria in her very loose circus uniform and the garden hose she’ll need to spray Dodsworth water in her pant pockets. You look closely to see her pants are very loose almost covered her shoes

TINY BUBBLES
Gloria’s still in her normal size, only it’s her loose pants are starting to look bulgy with the water from the faucet already turned on. You can see the look of her face that she’s unaware what’s happening to her uniform

BIGGER BUBBLES
Gloria is starting to feel funny, yet she’s unaware the backside of her uniform is filling with water but she is noticing her walking is getting very slower and heavier. Look carefully and you’ll notice there’s a small part of her white long underwear underneath her uniform, showing that she actually sticked the garden hose in the back flap of her long underwear. And notice the shine on her pants to give it a waterballoon effect

SPRUNG A LEAK
Access water has started spraying out of the back of her uniform shirt like a fountain causing her walking to halt and all the water inside her uniform has sloshed to the front of her uniform to make her appearance look like she has a big beach ball for a belly. You can see her hat is floating on top of the squirting fountain which the access water is getting spluttered all over the ground

LIVING FOUNTAIN
We see Gloria now trying to get her hat on top of the fountain back on her head. As you can see, the upper half of her uniform is stretched out thin while the lower half is still filling up with more water from the hose

LIVING WATERBED
We now see Gloria’s entire circus uniform is now all big and round except for the sleeves. She finally has her at back on her hat, yet the fountain of access water is still squirting out of her uniform. This makes Gloria think that it’s raining

BIGGER AND TIGHTER
As the fountain stopped squirting, Gloria’s circus uniform is still slowly growing and growing with more water and now her sleeves are even getting filled, making Gloria looking at them without a clue. If you can compare to the TINY GLORIA stage, she’s now more than twice the size of her appearance

BIG GLORIA
Now she’s even more twice of her size of the previous stage. Gloria has finally looked down at herself in shock she’s even bigger than Dodsworth the elephant. She has very hard time walking now because having her uniform filled with gallons and gallons of water is like trying to swim in a big ocean

BURSTING POINT
I figured the BIG GLORIA stage would stop there, but why not. Gloria is feeling like she’s about the burst inside her uniform, but instead the hose that was filling her uniform with water has popped right out of her long underwear, which causes her to slowly look down to the hose dripping. Gloria is now furious now that she also sees Dodsworth the elephant was the one who turned on the faucet to full blast
