I was going to compare him to the villain of "Wreck It Ralph" but it would contain major spoilers. But what if one day he returns as a villainous monster and wants revenge on Cartoon Network for "being forgotten"?

Man, I don't even remember seeing the guy when I was younger. This is one of the first times I've ever seen Moxy (pre-Cartoon Cartoons Generation).
