Anyway past delusional thoughts, interesting work on this, especially making preg appealing haha.
Love how her hair is looking in that first shot, also tightness of shirt is exquisite along with how tight that preg belly looks as it should. Eyes are nicely done as well, and the sound effects along with finger sqush is wonderful.
Expression in that second panel really gets closer to her personality I feel like, breasts are looking bigger and nicer haha. Giant sloshing belly looks wonderfull and I'm especially loving how you did the perspective shot on her hand.
3rd shot is looking beautiful and I'm esppecially liking how the hair looks on the bed, really gives it a nice soft feeling. Also great to see that jelly roll appearing around her midsection haha. and I feel like the popped naval still helps it maintain preg feeling while also having a squishier one due to food.
As for the final shot, loving that tongue~ and expression alon with pose also fit her personality pretty well I'd say, also like how the bra looks like it's about to burst, and love that belly making wonderful noises.
I'd say you did a fine job portraying her insatiable love for donuts.
