Since I'm too tired to write out all her necessary info, I'm going to copy-paste from an IM convo and pretend it's interview style. Here goes:

Axl: Basing her character very much on past and such.

Anonymous Interviewer named Cows: On past of what?

Axlwisp: her past, pre-infected. Going for more of a gothic feel with her, not in sense that she's horrifying per se, but less human. More a mix of remnants of humanity and id

Cows: Ohhh, That's what you meant.

Axlwisp: She kind of acts broken. Probably very little noticeable character development on her part. Usually predictable in what she says and does. Unless hunting.

Cows: Lol, So now I'll assume She only soft vores if any type of vore at all right?

Axlwis: Usually yeah, though if people put up fight then she acts a lot like a normal hunter would in game... Important to note, though, that she only actively hunts humans.
Something to do with infected brain. Humans register as prey and not as people. Anything else is usually fine, unless they look more or less human. Other infected become buddies.
Her motto is something like 'Look cute. Eat human'
She doesn't like Tanks.

Cows: I don't think anyone does (OWWWWWNNNNNED)

Axlwisp: Chargers are ok when they aren't charging

Cows: Boomahs?

Axlwisp: Boomers are not a favourite of hers either.

Cows: *DEROGATORY UTTERANCE*-..Witches?

AxlwispShe's fine with spitters, smokers... Loves witches and jockeys. Chases after witches and jockeys.

Cows: Chases? For what reason? And lol Jockeys? Why love for them?

Axlwisp: As in like 'let's be pals' chases. For glomps and hugs.
And she thinks jockeys are cute. Remind her of her.
She generally drives smokers nuts. Follows them around and tells them 'the plan'.

She may have been the daughter of a CIA agent who entrusted her with 'vital information'. That part really stuck with her as an infected for some reason.
her favourite theory is called 'government superweapon project'. She made it herself.
