hmmm...

I like your character, but it still needs some more improvement.

1. The clothing.

I think the clothing is too 'Sexual' 
She wears a very short pair of Shorts/skirt, and half her stomach is showing. I don't think this clothing is fitting for a killer/proxy/Creepypasta Oc.
I prefer a longer shorts/skirt. Or a longer shirt, if you have a good reason for her to wear that clothing, please explain why.

2. Where is she from?

Some people can be half European-African or Asian-American But I don't really think you can be Half Asian-European-American.
I can make a little sense if her parents are Asian/European/American and she is born somewhere in Asia/Europe/America, but this isn't how it works.
A person can't be Asian, European and American at the same time.

3. Why does she kill?

Everyone has a reason for doing something, explain why Connie is killing.

I adore the idea of this character, designing them after a bug is something that I have never seen before. But I do have some things that could be changed, regarding her clothing I would pick something that you can move around in easily. And choose a darker shade of orange, so it's not so easy to see from a distance, maybe a bronze or spice orange. I think that you could put some OG Cotton Combat Trousers, and maybe a British Army Reversible Thermal Jacket. They are easier to move in than what she is wearing.

For the knife, I would suggest a more effective weapon. Like a Windlass Emergency Red Knife, or Tac-Force Desert Digital Karambit knife. But the lighter as a weapon is fine since I understand because she's named after a firebug, but just not as effective as the knife. 

As for her name, Connie is an Irish, American and German name. Whilst Walker is an English name, so I don't see where the ''part asian, part american'' stuff comes in. Maybe you should change that to be just European.  

Also, why is she scared of clowns? It doesn't say anywhere else that she had an encounter with a clown. Hopefully that's explained in her backstory.  

I think she needs some more weaknesses, like in a combat situation. 

For her personality, I don't think you actually put what a personality is. You just put, ''she is a pyromaniac'' which is a person who has an obsession with setting things on fire. I see that more as a disability, and not an actual personality. A personality is the combination of characteristics or qualities that form an individual's distinctive character. 

I was thinking for a catchphrase for her, and the first thing that came to my mind was, ''There's never fire without smoke'' I don't know, but it just clicked with this character. 

With her killing method, I feel like it would work if she was a stealth character, but as I said before it wouldn't work with what she is wearing. 

I just noticed, she doesn't have a natural hair and eye color. Maybe you could say how she dyed it that way?

I also only found out about her being a proxy through the comments, maybe you could tell us that in the comments, so we don't have to go searching. 

In conclusion, I feel like this character has a lot of potential to be great. But it just needs some work.

I'm gonna lay down some critique, because I feel like this character has a lot of potential

She's gonna be cold no matter what, i mean, this is a decent summer outfit, until i see them stockings. Jesus.

I mean, she's a proxy, but if you're trying to take some inspiration from Marblehornets's characters Tim/Brian. They aren't proxies, aren't being controlled by them, ect. The best example is Alex, but no one likes him. You've got the Pyro tendencies down, so A+ for that.
If she's a killer in the sense, she'd most likely have a killer name that the  POLICE would name her.

Looks:
Her hair would be lit on fire, Their would scars or something because not everyone who's a pyromaniac would be scar free.

How she kills:
BRUH SHE'D GET MANGLED AND TANGLED WITH A ADULT MALE.

Proxy: 
How? Why would she be picked? She'd have operator sickness, She'd have no free will, only to do what the operator says, she wouldn't be able to work for someone else.

Colors:
Oranges are way too bright like that, she'd need some tamer colors.
