That is, until they aren't broke again~It's hard not to draw these two bigger every time, but even greedy Sketch has a limit, and it's more or less what you see here. As for Doodle, the poor thing's so far overstuffed that she can't stay conscious. She'll come to when she's worked off most of that meal, and she'll probably deny ever eating so much in the first place~
Enjoy! I messed around a bit with the shading here. Still not satisfied, but I think it's coming along~

Oh man, it's great to see these two girls again X3. In addition to some good ol' crazy belly sizes, I'm glad to see you work in some rich color values and shading contrasts into the piece, giving gradients to the couch, their hair, and of course their stomachs. Comparing both their designs to how you've drawn them in the past, I'm quite impressed with the more pronounced "snout" you gave Sketch (is "pronounced" the right word? Maybe "streamlined"? It's not as round anymore is what I'm trying to say). It gives her a much more expressive mouth while also giving her a larger food entrance way XP. And I see Doodle has let her hair grow out a bit since I commissioned that comic 
Now of course the main draw of the pic is those bulbous bellies of theirs, I particularly like your depiction of the bellybutton being essentially sealed by the bulge which sells the idea of pressured to capacity without resorting to the more common "innie becomes outie" thing that I personally could never get behind
