This fantastic and beautiful.
I love the sparkles in her dress and the way her cloak goes from bright/light at the bottom to dark at the edges mimicking a real flame.
Her candelabra pose is interesting to and you have made a beautiful job of the folds in her dress.

Any meaning to the symbol on the forehead?

Not exactly, I just felt the shape complimented the shapes in the rest of the image and without it her forehead seemed too bare. I also felt it helped to emphasise the rage, as she was angry enough for her forehead to split!
