:3 it's chii~ (like you didn't already know that?)I was trying out gimp. it's hard to get used to.. and I wasn't sure how the heck I was supposed to color it.. the layers are hard to navigate and when I color it, it either doesn't show or is too strong over the line art. >
But I'm sure I'll eventually get the hang of it. Until then you just get uncolored line art.

You must teach men how you do hair!! I love the way you get it to look like individual strands...and the shading and lighting is amazing! I know you don't know me...but I would love to see a tutorial!

I have no idea about how I'd go about making a tutorial like that. For that picture it wasn't individual strands or anything. although I have done pictures where i draw one strand of hair at a time... It just takes a lot of patients to slap it all on top of the head while styling it at the same time.
