about most sicksonas (updated: now legible)i will now show you my opinion on sicksonas
i showed somebody my sicksona and they liked her. then we started talking about how most sicksonas have the same features such as self harm wounds, stitched mouths and demonic look. they told me it was nice to see one being used as the species owner wanted it to be. then i said i since my sicksona was a part of myself, i couldn't lie about what she had. i also compared those sicksonas to insaneponyadopt's ponies.Β
what do i think:
mostly all of the existing sicksonas got, aside from what i said before, bags under eyes and pretty creepy characteristics.
but what i want you to understand is that, at least for me, it's okay for your sicksona to have those features if you got a reason why.
you can't just make your pony cut itself, stitch their mouth or somehow get bags under eyes just because. it's disrespectful.
some people do have mental disabilities or insomnia. it'd be fine then.
your sicksona is supposed to be the bad/not good side of y)

they're basically a vent character, you make yourself a sona that's your sadness, your anger, your ugly, whatever.Β
It's a character that you can beat up, abuse, draw gore of, because that's their purpose. It's for venting (or when you want to draw gore lmao, i just like sick-looking ponies)
THEY CAN HAVE RASHES, DRIPPING NOSES/MOUTHS,RABIES,FAMINE-LIKE CHARACTERISTICS,BANDAGES, MUTATIONS SUCH AS THREE LEGS OR TINY ASS PEGASUS WINGS (which are my sick-sona's thing, and while i dont copyright those, it'd be appreciated if you didn't use that trait uvu) OR ANYTHING ELSE GROSS/WEIRD. USUALLY THEIR MANES/TAILS ARE DROOPY, AND THEIR COLORS AREN'T REALLY VIBRANT, NO NEON COLORS RLLY.
THEY CAN ALSO BE UNDEAD, SHOWING THEIR INSIDES OR BONES, THEIR EYES CAN BE GONE AND THEIR TEETH CAN BE SHARP. GET CREATIVE. USE YOUR BIGGE
