I know what you mean, Easter is still a long way off... Right now it has five chapters and they're pretty long. But if you're in the mood for a snarky, slow burn it's a really good read!

Have you read some of Diasterisms works on Ao3? They're a really good writer, and if you're looking for another lengthy read they've got a few stories. There's this one called "Like Young Gods" and there's 20 chapters and they're decently long. It's an AU were Ben Solo doesn't join Snoke when he did, and Rey is found by Luke and Ben and she's trained to become a Jedi. It's pretty good, (here's the link if you're interested: archiveofourown.org/works/5712… )
It's so tempting to just re-read them just visiting the page ;-;
And it even has a second part called "To Kingdom Come" and it's about 30ish chapters. I haven't finished this one yet.
They've also got a few short stories that are pretty brilliant, and I can link you those if you'd like but they do contain mature scenes for 18 and up reasons ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Yes I have actually! I loved "like young gods." I was half way through "To Kingdom Come" and just haven't finished it yet either. I've read a lot of their other stuff too. They're a really good writer!
