Thanks The program I used for this one is: Rough animator. It's a great program. I think it only costs like $10 and it is fairly easy to use. I highly recommend it! I recently got TvPaint which is what I used on my Suicune animation. It's a bit of a learning curve right now but I'ts pretty cool too.  Hope that helps :>
