[A comic adaptation of a series of scenes from Ogro's Avatar fanfiction, Distorted Reality.]

Hey all, back again with another comic. Here’s the art for the introduction page, and introduction pages along with the first couple of pages should be going up tomorrow—this first batch will go up through the first nineteen pages of the scene. Likely most scenes with higher page counts will be split this way from now on, just to preserve my sanity.

This was the first scene I pictured and started storyboarding for this project, so it’s one I’ve been looking forward to for awhile. Of course, looking back it might have been a bit overly ambitious (it’s the first comic after the bloodbending scene from Merge that really has a true action focus, which is hardly my strong suit, not to mention the endless crowds), and given that this is a scene from the fanfiction that doesn’t have a direct canon equivalent, I’m not sure how much sense it’s going to make to anyone who hasn’t read the fanfiction. Be sure to let me know if you have any questions.

In other news, I’ve also recently gotten the comic up on Tapas here . Feel free to check it out—the format’s a bit different from here or Smack Jeeves, and it’s easier to flip through quite a few pages at once.

Also, if you are a Russian speaker, logander24 has been translating the full comic into Russian. Be sure to check it out here ! I've been absolutely blown away by the quality of the work.
